1.1 When you book a place on a course you agree to be legally bound with the relevant terms and conditions.
1.2 Booking a place on a course confirms that you have fully read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1.3 When you apply for a place on a course you will receive an email confirming receipt of your application.
1.4. A deposit of 25% of the total cost of the course will confirm your offer of a place. The remaining cost should be paid at a minimum of 6 weeks before the start of your course.
2. Customer’s Right to Cancel
2.1 Customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days. The Customer may cancel the booking at any time up to the end of the seventh working day (Monday to Friday) from the date on which the Customer receives the Confirmation Email.
2.2 Mon Plaisir creative courses will make a full refund of any course fees already paid provided notice is sent by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Pricing and Availability
3.1 The website lists courses for sale, but this listing is not indication of current availability. Courses may become fully booked or withdrawn at any time.
3.2 As we process your order, we will inform you by email if places are available and if so, we will offer you a place.
4.1 Each student will be responsible for their own travel, health and personal possession insurance
4.2 Public liability
Incorporated Society of Musicians provides public liability insurance provides up to £10m of cover in the case of accidental injury to another person or damage to their property during a course.
And up to £10m of cover for damages awarded against you if someone you employ in the course of your music-related work is injured while working for you
All courses assume that attendees have a good command of the English language.
Please ensure you have original copies of all your music. Photocopies are permitted for your convenience providing you have original copies as well.
If an attendee fails to attend for any reason then the full course fee remains payable with the exception of cancellation due to COVID. This can include illness of the student, travel restrictions in either England or France or even if the student has any concerns based on the COVID situation which makes it inadvisable for them to take part.
In the above situation a full refund will be made, or the student may transfer to a course later in the year. We have courses planned for September and October 2021.
9. Cancellation for reasons other than COVID
9.1 In the event of the Customer cancelling then the course fee shall be refunded as follows:

9.2 If for any reason Mon Plaisir Creative Courses cancels the course then the course fee shall be refunded in full
9.3 Mon Plaisir Creative Courses will use all reasonable efforts to provide the course on the agreed date. If for any reason this needs to be changed due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control such as, but not limited to, unavailability of course tutors due to illness, inclement weather, strikes, transport difficulties, then we shall endeavour to re-arrange the course. The provision shall not prejudice the Customer’s right to cancel the booking and be refunded the fees in full and no further liability shall attach to Mon Plaisir Creative Courses in respect of such cancellation.
10.1 Words denoting the singular number shall include the plural number and vice versa and words denoting the masculine gender shall include the feminine gender and vice versa.
10.2 Any reference to any statute and/or regulation shall be deemed to include a reference to all and every statutory amendment modification re-enactment and extension in force on or after the date of the Agreement.
11. Electronic Communications
11.1 When you visit the website or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We will communicate with you by email. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
